OPENING HOURS:
The reception is open from 8:00 to 20:30. Outside of these hours the staff is always reachable for emergencies, dialing 9 from the room phone, or calling +39 031 914521.
When the reception is closed (20:30 to 8:30) you can leave or enter the hotel from the central door: from inside by pressing the red button, from inside using the card of your room. Please, make sure that you have closed the door.
Check-in: from14:30 to 18:30.
Check-out: from 8:00 to 10:30 (for late check-out please ask the reception. There will be an additional charge).
Breakfast: from 8:00 to 10:30.
Bar: from 8:00 to 21:30.
Restaurant: from 18:30 to 21:30.
Cleaning service: from 9:30 to 12:00. Please consider the following hours to give the staff time to clean the room.
During night hours please respect the rest and sleep of others guests.
You are kindly requested to pay your bill before 20:30 if you are leaving the hotel before 8:00 the day of your check-out.
SAFETY:
Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your guest room. The Hotel has provided an in-room safe for your use and convenience. The hotel doesn’t accept any responsibility in case of theft, damage or loss.
